Meet the Principal Team:

Dimitrios Lalos

Dimitrios is the founder of Xtivity Wireless. Dimitrios also founded inMOTION Wireless Inc. were he served as its President and CEO until inMOTION’s purchase by BAI Communications in 2017. inMOTION secured an exclusive contract from Boston’s MBTA to provide Wi-Fi services throughout 12 operating routes covering 400 miles of track. The network deployment involved full route fiber optics deployment and a new 330 cellular tower infrastructure. Mr. Lalos has also pioneered and lead the planning and implementation of leading edge cellular communications and technology systems like AIRFONE, IN-FLIGHT PHONE, and satellite broadcast systems like SkyRADIO and LiveTV (live TV broadcasts to aircraft currently on most major airlines). At In-Flight Phone Corporation Dimitrios introduced the first cellular-based interactive multimedia network, considered as the predecessor to the cellular smart-phone applications. He has successfully tenured at GTE, MCI, Nextwave Telecom, Marconi and smart antenna company Celletra. Mr. Lalos has proven over the past 30 years to be a cutting-edge innovator leading to the introduction of visionary systems and applications. He holds a Masters and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and he has authored multiple wireless patents.

Terry Crowley

TC

Terry is a former basketball player for Loyola University, where he graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. After living in many regions throughout the country—from Boston to Cincinnati to Nashville—Terry has resided in Elmhurst, Illinois. An accomplished entrepreneur, Terry channeled his experience in business development and sales into founding and growing two separate businesses from start-ups to millions in annual sales. The first, Multiple Wireless Solutions (MWS), was established in 1999. MWS was at the forefront of establishing independent cellular stores for Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T, among others. One of the many accolades MWS received was the Highest Midwest Sales Award for Sprint/Nextel. After ten years of extensive growth for MWS, Terry then co-founded Xtivity Solutions, where he now prides himself on being one of the premier wireless system integrators.
